Wow, intense. I adore the strong lighting, particularly the way it makes her eyes really pop out of that pale face. Really like the angle, pose, and repetition of the lip color in her dress.
However, I think the blur on her hand is a little strong; it seems a bit "filtery" in the way the rest of the image does not. Also, I'm distracted by the way her arm is cut in half on the left side, but I guess no one else is.
Anyway, really stunning work. Already, your posts have a very distinctive style and mood to them.

Nice...Very nice image!
I would flip it horizontally and then vertically.....to locate the head on the left upper corner......in order to use the rest of the body to lead to the head.
But that is only my opiniion.
